Custom Woodworking & Cabinetry

Walsh Woodworks has been creating fine artisanal woodworking products for residential and commercial spaces since 2009. We create custom furniture, cabinetry, paneled rooms, built-in shelving, and other products tailored to the needs of our clients—from design to fabrication to installation. We hand-select the finest materials available, from richly grained hardwoods to exotic veneers, all of which are responsibly sourced and domestic, often local. We impart the highest possible craftsmanship to create beautiful products that last a lifetime.

Who and where we serve

Our hand-crafted cabinetry, furniture and other products are custom-designed and fabricated in our studio in eastern Connecticut. Our clients include homeowners, builders, architects, and interior designers. We are able to serve clients in many states across the northeastern US including New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont.

How we bring our client’s woodworking and cabinetry projects to life

First, we work closely with our clients at every step in the process to ensure we make their vision a reality. Second, we bring skilled craftsmanship and the ability to adapt to many different styles, materials and finishes to all our projects, In this way, we can create truly bespoke, and often one-of-a-kind, woodworking pieces. Many of our clients have become our friends, and most are repeat customers.

  • Spalted Beech art niche This space invites the viewer to not only enjoy the art, but the space it’s housed in. Made with Spalted Beech and painted black Oak paneling the space also uses flush under shelve lighting to display the art.
