Do you provide full design service, from start to finish?

Yes. We can go from concept to 2D / 3D drawings , sampling and final hardware selection.

Do you work with designers, architects and custom builders ?

Yes. It is a relationship that we work closely with to make sure the project gets done on time and under budget

How do we get on the schedule?

After clients receive a free estimate and want to proceed with the project we require a non-refundable $1,000 deposit to reserve our schedule. Then before the project begins we require a 50% deposit to start with a 25% progress payment during the fabrication stage, with the balance due after installation / delivery.

Our products are proudly made in Eastford, CT USA

What hardware do you use?

We offer a variety for domestic and European hardware including: Blum , Krownlab ,WAC Lighting, Rocky Mountain Hardware

Can I order a custom piece?

Yes. We make custom sizes, configurations and finishes on most pieces. Please contact us with your request.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 3 days. All of the work is made to order, so we cannot accept returns.

What’s your storage policy?

If a project is not ready for installation or delivery we can store it for $100 – $500/month depending on size.
